Title: Operations Analyst
Reports To: VP Operations - the Americas

General Summary
Primarily responsible for system data integrity for operations, such as Item Master information and Inventory records. Also operates as process analyst to identify and help improve operational procedures.
|
|
Principle Roles and Responsibilities
|
- Coordinate and validate data entry and maintenance for item information in our ERP and related systems.
- Gather, analyze, distribute and verify inventory reporting for the U.S.
- Develop and improve inventory control procedures and validate application.
- Including regular inventory, returns and retest.
- Identify related system set-up requirements and verify set-ups are in place.
- Communicates requirements to appropriate performance groups.
- Establishes and runs performance tracking and improvement process.
- Project assistance for V.P. Operations.

Knowledge
|
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years experience in Operations.
- Knowledgeable of inventory management procedures.
- APICS, CPIM helpful.

Skills & Abilities
|
- Excellent interpersonal / verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability.
- Detail oriented with polished organizational skills.
- PC proficient, including MS Office; with prior ERP system experience preferred.

Expected Results
|
- Improve Operations inventory tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Improve inventory accuracy rate, leading to improved productivity.
- Ensure consistency in data to facilitate reporting and analysis.
- Provide visibility into warehouse and inventory planning performance and help improve our overall performance report card.
- Projects would include:
- Returns process analysis and improvement
- SKU Rationalization
- Return to Vendor tracking and management.
- Operations Key Performance Indicator Reporting.
