1) Visit: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/
2) Search for your model
3) Go to the “Manuals & Downloads” tab
4) Select “Driver"
5) Download the latest drivers designed for your version of Windows with descriptions containing:
a. VGA (Graphics)
b. USB 3.0 Firmware
c. USB 3.0 (Driver)
6) Install the downloaded drivers and reboot your laptop
