To make a warranty claim for products purchased in Singapore, please call (+65) 6383-1330 or reach us by e-mail at asiasupport@targus.com. International customers please contact the Targus office closest to you.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON NOTEBOOK CARRYING CASES: Targus warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. To report a warranty defect, please contact customer service or write to the Targus office in the country from which you purchased the product. Please include your telephone number so that we may contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to Targus but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

WARRANTY ON ALL ACCESSORIES: Targus warrants their accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to three years dependent on product models. Please refer to your Targus Accessories packaging and/or on our web product page for actual time frame. If your Targus accessory is found to be defective within that time, Targus will repair or replace your accessory.

All good materials eventually wear out with normal use. Therefore, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration. All inquiries regarding this warranty and/or product returns should be addressed to the appropriate local Targus office.
